Bad Customer Service I went to Hendricks Jeep on April 10'19 to trade my car in. I was told to come back cause the banks was closed. Only to find out that the SalesWoman w I went to Hendricks Jeep on April 10'19 to trade my car in. I was told to come back cause the banks was closed. Only to find out that the SalesWoman was off the day. She didn't bother to tell me that or call so I did the next day after not hearing from her. The finance manager told me that I would need a "strong co-signer or a large down payment. They said they had "so-called huge rebates( which was a lie). I got this car myself in December so I know i can get it again by myself. The worst part was that the Saleswoman didn't communicate @ all that she was off the next day. I hate going through several people to get answers. Yes, my credit wasn't the best but we all have challenges in our life. This dealership is ridiculous, unprofessional. I went to several ones after this and they said I could get it by myself. I recommend no one for right now go to this dealership till they get their act together. "Treat PEOPLE( regardless of their past credit issues ) the way that YOU want to be treated". More
