Best new car buying experience in North Alabama. I went to plenty of dealerships looking to purchase a vehicle for my wife and myself. Everyone that I went to thought they could pull a fast one on me I went to plenty of dealerships looking to purchase a vehicle for my wife and myself. Everyone that I went to thought they could pull a fast one on me because we’re younger. I found the vehicle I eventually purchased online and figured it couldn’t hurt to go look at it and see what they could do for me. I called down the day prior to visiting and spoke to Mr. Michael Carter. I told him what I was looking for, and what I’d like to do and he set me up with an appointment for the next day. I drive an hour and a half without any intention of buying a vehicle. As soon as I got there Michael was on top of it. He was ready with all the information with the vehicle and already had it pulled around for a test drive. He was with us throughout the entire day ordeal of purchasing our vehicle, very patient and understanding the whole way. He is one of their best employees. He went over many features that most vehicles do not have, to make sure I understood how they work on my Journey SE (ex: tire locks).
