Info detail, tons of great pics and super sales team made the info and whole process exciting and stress free...like buying a vehicle should be! Because I was on a tight timeline, Chris Bell and my sales guy Matt had everything ready when we arrived. Matt the finance guy was on top of the paperwork and ready to roll! It was a well-oiled car selling machine but with a personable touch! Kudos to Matt the sales guy who went out of his way to give us a tutorial on the vehicle, pair the Bluetooth and make sure he answered everything we asked. Matt also followed up twice the next day by phone to make sure everything went well getting home and to let me know to get in touch with any questions. Now that’s a Wow! experience! Don’t usually enjoy car buying/trading but the experience with Hendrick was definitely a 10!! More
