Wonderful Car Buying Experience! We started our search for a new chrysler pacifica hybrid an hour and a half away from birmingham. Once I contacted this dealership, James was the firs We started our search for a new chrysler pacifica hybrid an hour and a half away from birmingham. Once I contacted this dealership, James was the first person that I had interacted with that actually wanted to sell me a car. He was actually the first person to offer to let us test drive our car. He got Kristy involved with the sale because she had experience in the hybrid model which we found so helpful in answering questions. The whole process was less than 4 hours! They rushed everything for us for the detailing and James even took a walk around while the car was being detailed and noticed that the tint needed to be fixed! We had nothing but an amazing experience and will be sending our friends to this dealership for years to come. More
