They not only worked with me, they got me in a Jeep Wrangler that I've only been wanting most of my life. Usually after a large purchase like a car you get a feeling of panic-maybe I shouldn't have done that, maybe I should have waited....not the case here! I'm so happy with my Jeep and look forward to going to work everyday so because it means I get to drive my Jeep again. Totally love this vehicle. More

They'll "Dodge" your phone calls for a week On Monday April 24th I dropped my boyfriend's Dodge Charger off at Hendricks Dodge to be serviced. I don't know if you can review the cameras, however On Monday April 24th I dropped my boyfriend's Dodge Charger off at Hendricks Dodge to be serviced. I don't know if you can review the cameras, however, if you do, you'll see me waiting outside of Randy's cubicle to be assisted for at least 30+mins. This was my first time visiting the service area so I did not know how the process went. When I decided to leave, I noticed that other cars pulled right up to the garage, so I preceded to do so myself. I was hoping to get another service member, but when Randy saw me he finally decided to assist me with turning the car in. My boyfriend had previously spoken with Randy in the service department who advised him the car was not driveable and he should leave it at the dealership to be serviced. Randy asked that he specifically had the car returned to him because he knew 'exactly what to do'. Randy knew my boyfriend lived in Atlanta and that he would have to rent a car while his was being serviced, however Randy assured us it would take "10 hours" to look into the issue and he would get back with us asap with options. To make a long story short Randy "dodged" (hence the name I'm assuming) our phone calls for days. Come to find out the car hadn't been looked at AT ALL. It had been sitting up in the parking lot for a week. A WEEK!!!!!!! When the car was picked up, another service member (who was actually helpful) called Randy on the phone to see what was going on. To my surprise the guy actually answered! Randy responded "I won't charge you for anything". ...How much do you charge for doing absolutely nothing?!?!? My boyfriend had already paid $200+ for a car rental for the week for absolutely NoTHING to be done on his car. This has been absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Just when I was thinking about trading my mustang in for a charger. Glad I experienced this first hand to save myself the headache. I can't imagine we're the only ones to have this experience with him. Sincerely, Will NEVER be a customer of yours again UPDATE!!! ... Apparently Randy decided to read a manual on how to successfully dial numbers to make a phone call. The following Monday, Randy decided to return my boyfriend's calls to explain that he found what I had to say about him to be 'disturbing'. Well what's disturbing to ME is that he didn't bother explaining why ...(after HE stated it should be turned in).... he had the car for a week sitting up in the parking lot collecting dust. What's 'disturbing' to ME is why he thought it was perfectly okay to have a customer's car and not call to give an update on what was or wasn't done to the vehicle. What 'disturbing' to ME is that my boyfriend spent over $200.00 for a weeks car rental, for absolutely nothing to be done on his. Mind you, at reputable dealerships they usually offer a loaner car or some sort of comp when a car is being serviced. I've never had any issues with Mercedes and Ford when having my cars serviced (to anyone reading this, GO WITH THEM). The manager Mr.David Sparkman called my boyfriend explaining that Randy's reason for lacking any type of a work ethic was due to him having a "tough week" dealing with personal issues etc. Also he explained that they have been short of mechanics to service the cars they had. Both are perfectly great EXCUSES to give to someone that has no greater than an elementary education or "rocks for brains". However for educated individuals I call B... nevermind. We all have personal problems to arise. It's inevitable. However, when dealing with customers you LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW. In my profession regardless of what I have going on at home, when I clock in to work, I give my patients 100% of me. I couldn't imagine dodging them or making them feel insignificant, which is why I'm having a tough time sympathizing with Randy. This headache would have been avoided with the truth and a simple PHONE CALL!!! The reason why I'm an upset girlfriend is because my boyfriend didn't deserve this at all. He's a former marine Veteran and is currently serving in the United States Airforce. He has made a lot of sacrifices and has been through a LOT himself. However, no matter what he's going through, he has somehow managed to continue being the sweet, mild mannered guy that he has always been. It's 'disturbing' ME that we have people in this world that will crap on you and dodge your phone calls for a week , yet become so offended when someone decides to fire back. More
