When I finally decided with his invaluable help ......he helped me through the finance process... AND then had my car delivered!!.....250miles from Birmingham!!! To end the story on an even more positive note....there was a small problem I found with the vehicle ...and he set me up service and repair in Mobile the very next day!! Service department is slow I dropped my truck off on a friday to get the oil changed. When I returned, 5 hours later, at 2pm they had not even started. They assured me that the would get it done that same day. Rather than wait another 4 hours I just left. I'll never buy a new ar from them because of their horrible service department. What would happen if I needed work that was complicated or had to be done by the dealer? If an oil change is over 5 hours a difficult job could take weeks. More

All I got was a bunch of garbage and never received a price for the vehicle I was looking at nor did I ever receive a trade value for my vehicle. My boss, don't deal with them!!! Find a more reputable dealer that will talk to you through email if you were wishing to purchase that way. More
