He was always in close proximity whenever I needed him. He had a smile on his face and made me look at a car saleman differently. Made it very comfortable. Being 70+ yoa and not ever having even thought about buying a car “online”, the prospect was intimidating from the beginning. We found what we wanted at another Hendrick location and we actually “bought a car based on the pictures”, But the way Corey explained the process and showed us how we were protected if the vehicle wasn’t what it was represented to me, put us totally at ease.
