Just right We had given up on locating the particular Jeep we were seeking, Copperhead Pearl Wrangler Unlimited, and saw that Hendricks had our second choice, Am We had given up on locating the particular Jeep we were seeking, Copperhead Pearl Wrangler Unlimited, and saw that Hendricks had our second choice, Amp'd, on the lot. We arrived at 7:40pm, 20 minutes before closing. We looked at the vehicles on the lot and decided there were 2 that we were interested in. We went into the showroom and were greeted at the door by the receptionist, who asked what we were looking for and connected us with a salesman. Caleb asked what we were seeking, and said that the Copperhead color was not available. He did remember however that a shipment from another dealership had been received but not checked in. After checking into it, Caleb found that there in fact was a Copperhead Pearl Wrangler Unlimited on the truck. It was exactly the vehicle we were looking for, from color to options. It was now about 9 o'clock, an hour after closing. We offered to return first thing in the morning, but were told the deal could be closed now. Within an hour, we were the owners of our perfect Jeep. The vehicle didn't have the running boards we wanted, but the service department would have them on first thing in the morning, and it would be detailed and ready for delivery. We were called around 9:30am, and picked our Jeep up with ear-to-ear smiles. The Hendricks staff went beyond what I expected to deliver this vehicle to us, and we are extremely pleased and satisfied with our experience.
