Great experience My wife and I have thought of owning a "fun" vehicle ever since we married almost twenty three years ago. Well after being young "empty nesters " for four years we made the decision to buy a Jeep Wrangler. After several days of researching dealerships within a hundred miles of our home I contacted Hendrix Chrysler, jeep in Birmingham,Within an hour we were contacted by Brad. I explained we would be coming to Hendricks in two weeks on 5/24/14 to pick out and purchase a new wrangler unlimited. When we arrived We were immediately greeted by a salesman, I said we had spoken with Brad and he went to inform him of our arrival. Brad was tied up with another customer so the friendly ladies at the front desk called for an available sales rep, Within five minutes we were greeted by Randall Clark. Randall was very helpful and made sure we were totally satisfied with our experience at Hendricks. I would also like to thank Tonya, Randall's sales manager for being very proactive in our experience as well As a sales and marketing rep and one time car salesman I understand what true customer service is. In 2010, I fell in love with a 2-door Red Rock Wrangler and loved every moment I had it. In 2014, I had the "bug bite" me for a Unlimited. My wife and I have been discussing it for a while and now our goal has finally been achieved! We will slowly start adding some things we have in mind for it. With my short story said, I can't think Chase Hamer enough for the hard work he has done to get us in our new Jeep! The service over-all was excellent! I was very impressed on how helpful and nice the Hendrick team was to us! The one thing that really made my wife and I feel great about making this decision was the communication through the process of looking around and to eventually making a deal!
