Definition of poor This service dept could not be more mis-managed if there was a plan in place to do so. Poor service, pricing and workmanship coupled with a feeling of having to guard your wallet does not breed trust. I would Never buy a car through this dealer, even if it is the only Dealer in town. My experience here was great, I went in expecting a long drawn out process. I was in and out within a 3 hour time frame with a new car. Donald & Antonio sold me a vehicle about six months ago. I had a few problems/questions, needed mobility papers signed, etc., and Donald did not hesitate to assist me when I just showed up at the deale ago. I had a few problems/questions, needed mobility papers signed, etc., and Donald did not hesitate to assist me when I just showed up at the dealership, very upset on one occasion. My Jeep did not have a CD player. Of course he told me this when I purchased the vehicle, but I forgot when a month or two later I wanted to play a CD and could not find the player. He went the extra mile and told me he would put my "oldies" on a MP3 player for me. He even knew what I wanted to hear, which surprised me because he is a much younger man, I'm 69. This time I called and requested both of them because I trusted them and they took excellent care of me before, doing, and after the sale. I was told they were no worked there. So I explained to the person on the phone I wanted to purchase a van. When I showed up for my appointment the next day, Donald was outside. I was very happy to see him and he knew me too. I felt relieved because I knew he was going to find what I wanted with all the features I needed. And he did! Not only did he locate the van with the features I needed, he explained the paperwork before I signed so I knew my terms. He went the extra mile in getting the lift off the back of the Jeep I was trading in so I would not have to come back later to pick up me new van. Before I left the lot, he demonstrated, "how to", on every feature, i.e. clock, radio, wipers, blinkers, seat adjustment and let down, etc. Everything! I left feeling like I "know" this van and did not have to learn about it or figure it out when I need to use a feature. Donald is MY salesman for life. Anytime I want to purchase a vehicle, I will be looking for Donald. He's a top notch salesman with very much integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism.
