As far as my total satisfaction, contrary to the excellent service I received from Ms.Acker, I was equally underwhelmed by the lack of integrity and with the heavy handed "negotiating" that took place between myself and her supervisor. I firmly believe I presente him with a vehicle that was in excellent condition. In fact, the initial quote I received indicated just that. But when he looked up the book value, he conveniently selected the normal condition value, which obviously was significantly less than an excellent condition vehicle. I clearly communicated that to him but he had absolutely no interest in listening to me or providing me with a reasonable offer. I also understand that I had a choice not to accept it, and in hindsight I should not have accepted it. But I was in a position where I was forced to sell it. What I do have a choice to do, is that I never have to purchase a vehicle, new or used, from any of the Hendrick Dealers. And I can assure you, since I feel he was not negotiating in good faith or fairly, and would not listen to my points, that I feel he has no integrity and I will not deal with him or anyone else within the Hendrick family again. Hendricks Sales and Service I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Hendricks Jeep Dodge Ram about 30 days ago. Upon discovering some paperwork issues, Jerry Nichols, my I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Hendricks Jeep Dodge Ram about 30 days ago. Upon discovering some paperwork issues, Jerry Nichols, my sales person, and Joel Watson, financing, have diligently worked to resolve these unknown factors. About a week ago, I started hearing what sounded like Power Steering noises and my Battery Low would flash. Today, I took it to them. They were booked up, however, Paul graciously took the time to listen and found the problem. It was rocks lodged between the rotor and backing plate. It was immediately fixed and we test drove it to be sure there was nothing else causing this. While driving, Paul explained my other concerns to me. Basically, educating me about my vehicle and putting my mind at ease. Thank you, Paul, for putting me at the head of the line! I have scheduled an appointment for later, when I know we can discuss my concerns. The whole experience with Hendricks has been and will continue to be GOOD. Highly Recommend them. More
