We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I have touched base with our service department in regards to your vehicle. I understand from Larry Lebeck that the vehicle was diagnosed within 2 days instead of the original 6-7 day time frame you mentioned. The part to repair the issue is to arrive this afternoon. The service department is to test the vehicle and communicate with you once testing is complete.

Hi I told the story correctly in the review. I am very upset with what happened there at Hendrick and I understand what customer service is as I work in a position where customer service is the most important part of my job. I was there I brought my car in and they had the car for more than 2 days and they told me it was a fluke as described by Paul the service writer. I was told to bring the vehicle back and when I did was told there was no codes so there was nothing that could be done so right as I left the lot the check engine light came back on within 30 minutes. I called back and spoke to Mike he told me to bring it back at 1 pm this past saturday. I did he told me he was on his lunch and if I could wait around for a while he would pull it in and try to find out whats wrong but again was told there wasnt much they could do with helping me because I needed the car as I am a mother of 2 children which have to be transported to school and I have to work and we have no other cars so I needed a loaner car and there wasnt one... So I told Mike I had things to do that day I had no time to wait around for the car to be looked at so I left. So I started having more problems the check engine light goes on and off every week and it jerks pretty bad. I called in on Tuesday and was told by Mike that he didnt know when I could be seen cause his "Boss" told him not to take anymore transmission work in and there was no loaner cars. I am beyond aggravated with the service I received and should never have gotten the run around like this. Obviously this is the rep your company has because other dealership said they would have never agreed with my decision to bring my vehicle there. I have now found another company to take my vehicle to and if things dont work out with them Chrysler is already on the case.. Thanks for your response but Larry was not anyone I ever worked with so I believe he has me confused with someone else.
