I would not recommend to my worst enemy! If they send you an email with coupons or deals/specials don’t fall victim like I did. I have a diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am close to the 100,000 miles mark and decided I would go to the dealership to get it serviced. I received an email a few days ago that said I could get an oil change and filter change for 80 dollars at this dealership, an email sent by the dealership that those in the service department seem to not know about. They charged me 185 dollars for an oil change and filter change plus I’m guessing labor so the 80 dollar price was a lie. Note that on the coupon it says nothing about the labor charges. The coupon also states there is a complimentary multipoint inspection but it is not really complimentary because they charged me 45 dollars for labor and again nothing is on the coupon about this. I also mentioned to the manager that I had a slight squeak in one of my brakes and they proceeded to tell me that I needed to get all 4 of my rotors resurfaced and that charge would be 600 something dollars which I declined. They also decided to charge me 99 dollars for that diagnosis. My total for getting an oil and filter change, fuel filter, cabin filter, tire rotation and tire diagnosis was 809. All I am going to say is the charges the service department gives are excessive and I will not be back. More
