Spoke to my salesperson Desmond Gray) just day after my purchase; I told him my high beams not working. Tried 3 times to get them fixed. Purchased and extended warranty was told it covered everything but t purchase; I told him my high beams not working. Tried 3 times to get them fixed. Spoke to the service manager (after waiting for 2-1/2 hours and being ignored) he assured me we would get to the bottom of this. Never received another call back. I am tired of trying to get my high beams repaired. I will get this fixed and send the bill back to Hendricks. Overworked and the facility overall leaves a lot to be desired. More
