Paul kept me updated on the needed repairs to my car throughout the day, and had everything ready to get me on my way when I arrived to pick up my Jeep. Excellent service! Upon discovering some paperwork issues, Jerry Nichols, my I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Hendricks Jeep Dodge Ram about 30 days ago. Upon discovering some paperwork issues, Jerry Nichols, my sales person, and Joel Watson, financing, have diligently worked to resolve these unknown factors. About a week ago, I started hearing what sounded like Power Steering noises and my Battery Low would flash. Today, I took it to them. They were booked up, however, Paul graciously took the time to listen and found the problem. It was rocks lodged between the rotor and backing plate. It was immediately fixed and we test drove it to be sure there was nothing else causing this. While driving, Paul explained my other concerns to me. Basically, educating me about my vehicle and putting my mind at ease. Thank you, Paul, for putting me at the head of the line! I have scheduled an appointment for later, when I know we can discuss my concerns. The whole experience with Hendricks has been and will continue to be GOOD. Highly Recommend them. More

Over this timeframe I've never encountered a problem with my vehicle that they couldn't fix. They've always been able to accomodate me even on their busiest days and that speaks volumes. I take customer service seriously. I deal with Soldiers all day as the Operations NCO. It's my job to provide them with the best level of service so they can succeed. This service department is no different because they want the same for their customers and it shows in their dedication and committment to the job at hand. I also want to extend my gratitude to their service manager, Paul Borge. He exemplifies professionalism and it reflects in his communication from the time I dropped off my Jeep to the time it was ready to be picked up. I received a very detailed (emailed) report on what was completed along with any recommendations for additional service work (if required). I also receive an update on when my Jeep is ready for pickup. He even prepped a courtesy shuttle to/from my office... who could ask for more than that??? I'll definitely choose this dealership for all my Jeep service needs--- time and time again. Thanks, Hendricks!! More

Frustrating Customer Service Brought my Jeep in through AAA. It was dropped there after close on Thursday, received a call on Friday morning saying they had the jeep and it would Brought my Jeep in through AAA. It was dropped there after close on Thursday, received a call on Friday morning saying they had the jeep and it would be a quick fix, but were backed up and might be three days before they could get it in shop. Heard nothing Friday, nothing Saturday, called to see if they were still on track to get it in on Monday and was told by the woman answering my phone that they didn't have my car. She finally tracked it down and told me they'd get it in the shop ASAP. The next day I called back to see if I'd hear anything, and the woman on the phone corrected me telling me my car had been dropped off Monday, instead of the previous Thursday. Clearly they never put it in the system and forgot about it. Called and left a voicemail for the service manager, never got a call back. Mistakes happen, would have been nice to get a phone call with information or have someone acknowledge that this hadn't happened how it should. Finally my car was ready Wednesday, As I was picking it up, the woman ringing me up made a joke about how expensive my repairs were. The only positive was that the issue was fixed, and fixed well so thank you to the mechanic who finally looked at the car. Overall, horrible service and I won't be back. More

I can't even write the litany of issues only to waste time for you reading this. These guys are out of a book on How Not to Run Your Business. Any business. Poor service, pricing and workmanship coupled with a feeling of having to guard your wallet does not breed trust. I would Never buy a car through this dealer, even if it is the only Dealer in town. I hope for the sake of the caring employees that the management of this service center is retrained or replaced. Amazing this is still happeing all these years and failed dealerships ago. More
Have been given the run around several times about my car and the issues im having which is getting worse. I was told they only have 1 transmission tech and 6-7 cars waiting for work but my car was just in t and the issues im having which is getting worse. I was told they only have 1 transmission tech and 6-7 cars waiting for work but my car was just in there 2 weeks ago or so for the same issue and they told me it was just a fluke and nothing was wrong but my car is getting to a point now where its jerking so bad i cant drive it and check engine light keeps coming on and and off every week. This was my first experience with this company and I am very angry at how I have been treated in service. Also to mention one of the service advisors put me on hold while I was talking and then came back to the phone and said "yea" acting as if he heard everything I said.. Very rude and unprofessional .. More
