Bit of a disappointment seeing how I called prior to leaving the vehicle to have a spare key fob programmed and key cut and given a 'sure we can do that' only to find out when I picked the vehicle up th leaving the vehicle to have a spare key fob programmed and key cut and given a 'sure we can do that' only to find out when I picked the vehicle up they could not cut a key so I had to spend more money and time to get tis done. Also, told me front camera on grille was broken , then told this was an aftermarket camera then told this model vehicle didn't come with a front grille camera. Which is it? Still researching and I'm finding the vehicles do/did come with a grille mounted camera so I'm having to try and fix myself as I feel I can't depend on them. More

long list of issues with this location. between the service team and the mechanics not knowing what each is saying and doing, gives a lot of false details to the customer. was told my b between the service team and the mechanics not knowing what each is saying and doing, gives a lot of false details to the customer. was told my breaks were shot at 22,000 miles, and tires again (tires go fast). cost was quoted almost 10k. i went and had three other actual break shops look at it and said no it has 60-70 pct left, while dodge said it is major issue. went back for another oil change and nail in tire, mechanic said breaks are good, the service person said new breaks and tires. now mind you i have the full coverage on the tires and they proceeded to tell me i had to contact the manufacture and set up time for them to meet with the dodge team and see if it is factual claim. what a joke, did i mention they refused to honor my tire warranty of a nail in tire, 180 dollars later one tire fixed. next oil change. they said they did charge me in error, while i was there debating this charge they told me no. guess what i need new breaks again. took it to three other break places again and it was standing at 50% . back in for oil change and another nail. this will be the last i ever go there. breaks again (at 40% according to 3 other locations) nail in tire. told tires are shot and need to replace i asked about the warranty again and in front of a room full of people waiting she walked away mid conversation, and no nothing was said meanly or vulgar. the service mgr heard us going back and forth and closed his door so he wouldn't have to be involved. they lie to get extra services done, do not honor waranty. and the rate the people, i did not have any interaction with males as listed below. they wanted nothing to do with it. This was the best experience that we have ever had at a dealership. We were apprehensive to visit another Hendrick location as we had the worst experience at your location in Charlotte. Fortunately, the Ca dealership. We were apprehensive to visit another Hendrick location as we had the worst experience at your location in Charlotte. Fortunately, the Cary location was a huge improvement. Brevik Tefft greeted us when we arrived for our scheduled appointment and listened to the issues that we were having with the new Jeep Compass which we purchased at Hendrick in Charlotte. Brevik was friendly and professional, he helped us navigate a place nearby to walk and eat while we waited. He said that he would try to get our Compass back to us before lunchtime and not only did we get it back quickly, but all of the issues were resolved. Unfortunately, most of the issues were caused by our last service appointment at your Charlotte dealership. Brevik is outstanding, he carefully paid attention to the details, was responsive and made us feel like our concerns were heard. The tech who provided the service did a great job of repairing everything. Also, the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Will not hesitate to return to Hendrick in Cary. Thank you Brevik and the tech who did the job right! More
