This was my first time buying a car and Amir made it an amazing experience. I literally could not be happier with my Fiat 500. Overall atmosphere at the dealership is good. The staff seems larger and attentive--but not too attentive. Nothing felt high pressure. Everyone has good manners. The pricing is OK. I have a sense that the Fiat dealership in Greensboro has less expensive cars, but I didn't want to drive that far to make a purchase. I didn't feel that they were in anyway intrusive about my finances, and I appreciated that. One off note: As I was getting ready to leave someone who appeared to be a senior dealer staff member said to me "Congratulations." That seemed to me very odd. What would have been appropriate would have been something like: "Thanks for shopping with us" or what a Ford dealer once said after I bought a car from him: "If you have any trouble, you know where you bought it. You come on back to us." A few suggestions for improvement: 1) regular Sunday hours 2) more printed materials about the cars. I wanted to take home more things to read rather than having to depend on my notes and my memory. 3) I waited a long time (2+ hrs.) after I agreed to buy the car for the car to be ready. It was in the early afternoon. Although we were kept informed about what was happening and offered beverages, it would have been nice if someone had offered us a loaner car so we could have gone out for something to eat. More

Now that the car is 2 months old and I have received three (3) offers by email and 2 texts to my cell # offering better prices, I feel that somehow I was a dupe. It was refreshing to work with a dealership and the folks at FIAT.
