Took my car in for a rattle that I kept hearing in addition to another problem that caused my car to sort of skip. Left my car there for 10 days while I went on vacation. They also did my service at 64,000 and a 10 point inspection supposedly. $780 later they tell me both problems were fixed. Unfortunately, the rattle is still there, no change at all. Also, I am not sure what they inspected, but apparently that must not include looking at the remaining life of my battery as it died 36 hrs after picking up my car. When I was stranded with my dead battery I called them and they just told me to call the roadside assistance number, no help at all. I bought my vehicle at a dealership in Georgia, and was so happy with the service they performed, always. Not thrilled with Hendricks at all. Maybe I was just spoiled at my previous dealer, but, I just expect more from Honda. More
