I went in for my AC. Was told $300, I didn't hear anything all day other than the service rep was going on break. I get a text that my car is ready. When I asked again how much it was I was told $3,0 anything all day other than the service rep was going on break. I get a text that my car is ready. When I asked again how much it was I was told $3,000?!?! I called the guy in a panic saying that is not what I approved. He asked about a text with the quote and if I clicked on it. I said absolutely not. I ended up having to pay $500 since they had already down some of the work on my car. More
