I had brought my 2017 Civic in a month or so ago and Gary said I still had time/mileage before I needed an oil change but helped me with the tire pressure monitor that was on even though tires were fine. Returned for oil change and the service man suggested tire rotation and he found a nail in my tire which was plugged. Great service and very quick. Hendrick will do ALL my maintenance. Thank you! Tammy quickly greeted me when I pulled in. She told me the work would take approximately an hour and 20 minutes. She was correct to the minute. I spent about ten years going to another Honda dealership in the work would take approximately an hour and 20 minutes. She was correct to the minute.
