Feb 21st I buy a used 2009 Toyota Camry with 150,000 Miles and Supposedly it’s not able to be a Lemon 🍋 wh at the desk and mask down he’s unethical. Before making the cashier check I ask Michal Knight if any lights on dash board because on CarFax website it shows tire pressure light on, I work at Amazon and couldn’t miss that night. I get home fix the tire pressure light which was $201 around there. Then next light comes on is oil change light but they claimed to have changed it Feb 2nd so I’m assuming bad sensor, No biggy BUT little did I know a day later engine light comes on... I panick and take it back to where I had all the work on her done. They tell me the Motor is knocking and deemed unsafe and the motor could stall and never cutt on again. I was furious! I only drove her one time to work and a light goes on I kept her home while I made the money to fix her, I owned her! Paid her in full! I found out about the motor and go to speak or Scott or John Sandmann and he tells me “I’m not here to argue. Firestone hired $11 an hour mechanics they don’t know better then it mechanics, we are trying to make it right. Also, there is no piston rods in this specific car (2009 Toyota Camry) literally I was good with leaving the lot except EVERYTIME he insulted what I knew or what the mechanic told me with paper proof in front of US! I told him the engine light is still on how about I wanna see what results of that engine light your people have that Firestone didnt get, BOOM it’s No it’s okay our goal is to get you in a vehicle. Rightttttt, like the lemon car I grew found of and put $500 of my own cash to fix since it was give to m aside of the Total cashier check for $6,488.69 I gave you. They sold me a Lemon car. A Lemon Toyota Camry that they claimed was safe! Safe? That was my first car experience and I owned it they were so excited to get me in a vehicle to pay. If my Camry was a $1,800 that Mr Sandmann claimed why didn’t they just fix it? My point exactly, I was cheated! My excited I had when buying the Camry was stolen by John or Scott Sandmann and Michal Knight who told me my car was safe. Telling me I didn’t have a Lemon to save HONDA from dealing with a huge court case, Mr Sandmann spoke to my spouse and I like there isn’t google to see and verify the Piston knocking on the engine he said “The timing belt” wow! If he tthought I’d believe anything that came out their mouths if I didn’t want my money back I would’ve gotten lawyers involved and his unethical @$$ should be fired! Manager? Why? I don’t see it But like they wanted I had to walk out with something I didn’t want to spend money on every month a 2017 Honda Accord with 29,000 miles on it... when Mr. Sandmann said my payments would be $280-$320 my payments are $415 a month. I have two kids both under three years old. If anyone reads this and has advice definitely respond please! We had to rent a UHaul truck and hitch and when we get there they say “Oh we couldn’t had it brought here” wowwwww under short notice? Why wasn’t tat offered at the beginning then we were out $550 and they. Offered $500 to my down payments. Which was my spouses money, it’s a whole story but out of the $6,488.69 they only gave me my $4,600 back out of it and said they gonna RECHARGE ME at the total of my loan... How messed up right. I am 23 years old attempted to buy a used car for cash on a cashier check and they ruined it and seen I have enough income to pay for their car and got it..... they won..... Horrible, horrible experience. If I wanted to be cheated I would’ve just went to Orange, Park Honda in Jacksonville, Florida not 268 miles south to get cheated in Orlando Florida. More
