Hello, first and foremost your staff has been nothing but excellent for the 3 plus years I have had my car serviced at Hendrick. They always get 5 Stars in my opinion. My poor rating my last visit is solely excellent for the 3 plus years I have had my car serviced at Hendrick. They always get 5 Stars in my opinion. My poor rating my last visit is solely based on how your dealership handled an issue. In 2019 right before my warranty expired my battery died and was replaced. Thank you, my last visit this battery was tested and recommended for replacement, not even 2 years old and is now showing signs of failure. The recommended replacement cost was $175 dollars! For an 8 year limited warranty. Having owned many vehicles, boats, equipment and replaced many batteries I know that sometimes you get a not so great new battery, You also get some protection with either a full replacement if less the 2 years old or a prorated replacement. This battery is less then 2 years old it is my hope you have records of that battery and if I would have replaced the battery at $175 dollar cost you would have reached out to the manufacture and gotten credit for that battery, not passing that credit or proration to your customer and then trying to charge $175 dollars is insulting to me. If you don’t get credit for a poor battery then you should consider getting batteries from another source, if you do get credit you just tried to make an extra $175 dollars on someone that would have spent thousands with upkeep and new purchases. We had our 1997 Honda Civic serviced at this location and now I am so insulted by your petty actions. I truly think I will look elsewhere for my future services and purchases. Brian MARTINEAU More
