We had a wonderful experience from the moment we met Will outside. His knowledge of Honda was so impressive. He was easy to listen to and made our driving experience enjoyable while teaching us about the outside. His knowledge of Honda was so impressive. We were taken care of afterwards by Taylor while signing all the forms via computer. He made the process pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. They both are assets to the company. The only unpleasant experience was when we came back after going through the figures. We were encouraged to do this but when we questioned the figures, the man definitely made me feel like he wasn’t happy to explain so we were able to make the final decision. He said something about what would we think if he changed the deal. We hadn’t made a deal until we were satisfied with the outcome the following day which is what he told us to do the night before. Go over all the figures before you come back around 1:00 which we did!! In the end, obviously we came to an agreement!! I didn’t let him ruin the rest of my top notch treatment from Will and Taylor for signing all the computerized paperwork.
