Service was good. It took a little over an hour for oil and tire rotation and full check. I shouldn’t complain because I hear that is normal. I wish it was quicker turn around. I bought my car at another Honda dealership and was dismayed by both the sales and service. I was a Subaru distributor for 15 years. I grew up the son of a Pontiac car dealer. I grew up in the shop. There is an anything I don’t know about being a car dealer or about providing good service. For 15 years I received every single customer complained about Subaru in three states. I took my Honda to Hendrick for service, apologizing that I did not buy the car from them. They were a few things wrong. The customer agent I spoke with and who handled my car was Lenny. He was perfect. He is now a friend. He told me to call him anytime of the day or night if I had a problem. I told him he wasn’t a doctor! Not only was my car fixed perfectly but Lenny is a particularly congenial person. When you think of a dealership you think of the people. Unless you own a coal mine the most important component of a business is its people. More
