We met with John Nosal this week to purchase a new Honda at Hendrick’s in Bradenton. The process was just as smooth and efficient as it was several years ago when buying our first Honda there. John listen at Hendrick’s in Bradenton. The process was just as smooth and efficient as it was several years ago when buying our first Honda there. John listened carefully to what we wanted, quickly checked their inventory and determined there was a car which fit our wish list. Not only is John efficient but the whole Hendricks experience is. They know what they have on their lot, what just came in, and are able to make it available for the customer to see. John fully explained the workings of the car to each of us independently, answered our questions, paired our phones with the car and explained that he is always available if we have further questions. Then when it was time to sign the paperwork, John introduced us to Taylor Christiansen who was just as efficient at making the paperwork process seem effortless. He presented purchase and payment options clearly and with no heavy handedness. The whole experience was comfortable and makes it very easy to continue to recommend John Nosal and Hendricks Honda to friends if they are interested in purchasing a new or used Honda. We had all service for our first Honda performed at Hendrick working with John Ramirez each time. We were very satisfied so we will continue to work with John on this new Honda. More
