Excellent Service. Levi Dillard assisted me. He was very kind and patient. My car was scheduled for its 10k maintenance. I just brought my vehicle down from MD. I wasn’t aware that maintenance plans very kind and patient. My car was scheduled for its 10k maintenance. I just brought my vehicle down from MD. I wasn’t aware that maintenance plans aren’t in the Honda database. He called my dealer in Laurel, MD and got the number to see if I had a maintenance plan. He was on hold for a long time, but he found out that I did have a plan. He saved me $75. He went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! I’ve had some bad export Honda in MD, so much so that I was taking my prior Ho da vehicles to and outside mechanic; but Levi has restored my faith in Honda Service Dept. More
