We called and spoke to John in the Service Dept, who said we were welcome to bring the car in as walk-ins that day, and we did so. Giorgio was available when we arrived and helpfully handled our visit. While we were unable to use the money-saving online coupon due to the “fine print”, as Giorgio explained, we still paid much less than we would have at the Acura dealer and did not have to wait long, which included a car wash. Found Giorgio very helpful and friendly. More
