Went in for an oil change. Needed a lot of maintaince work. I have been there before and a service man snapped a piece in for me with out a service charge. There should be a discount for multiple services. $1000.00 for 4 hours of work is excessive. More

Long Wait for a Short Service. I've used Hendrick Honda many times before, and I've always felt that the wait times were reasonable. This time, however, I had an over 2 hour wait fo I've used Hendrick Honda many times before, and I've always felt that the wait times were reasonable. This time, however, I had an over 2 hour wait for an oil change (2 hours after my scheduled time) which should only take maybe 30 minutes. I will still use Hendrick, since my other experiences have been fair, but I'm not sure I can say that will be the case if it happens again. More

Fantastic dealership I was there a total of an hour and a half. Spoke to Richard Steenstra in the morning he confirmed they still had the car I was looking for.
