Extremely rude service people I called to schedule an appointment because the reminder system on my dashboard is malfunctioning. I also needed an oil change and tire rotation. Gary scheduled me for an “express” appointment, and did not make any note of the dashboard reminder malfunction. I brought my car in for the appointment and the service man was rude, did not listen, spoke to me like I was stupid. I am pretty sure he dismissed my explanation, didn’t listen to me when I explained repeatedly that I have been driving this car for seven years and am completely familiar with the purpose of the maintenance reminder and fuel level reminder system. I know what it does when it works properly, and as a result I know when it is malfunctioning. The more I tried to explain the more he argued and talked down to me. So I was not at all surprised that they were not able to find a problem - they we’re listening to me. The next day when I picked up the car, Rick was not at his podium so I walked to the larger desk on the other side of the garage. It was my first time at this dealership so I didn’t know where to go. The man at the desk did not acknowledge that I was there so after a minute or so I told him I was there to pick up my car. In a very rude manner, he informed me that he couldn’t help me. He then asked someone nearby to help me, and they did. I don’t know the name of the man who was able to look up my name in the computer and get my paperwork, but he was polite. More

The best in town. I bought my car there five years ago and I’ve taken it there every time there is a requirement to check it out or to change oil. etc. I’m always given I bought my car there five years ago and I’ve taken it there every time there is a requirement to check it out or to change oil. etc. I’m always given a speedy appointment, I’m very comfortable in a resting environment, and coffee and sometimes donuts while I wait. The staff is cooperative, professional and extremely friendly and very confident. I couldn’t envision going anywhere else for the quality of service that I’m getting from Hendrick’s Honda More

So I'm driving around in a car that's unsafe because Honda won't allow them to try and fix it. Poor excuse. More
