She helped me with my oil change, changed out my back wiper blade and pointed out that the tread in my tires is worn and advised that I get them changed. Then she special ordered the tires that I prefer! She was very attentive, let me know how long the service should take, kept me updated- and was personable and FUNNY the whole time. I actually admit that this service appt was FUN bc of her! She’s a keeper! And so is your service staff- they always do a perfect job! And the waiting room is nice and clean- and ELLEN was on the TV- who doesn’t love ELLEN?! Thank you! More
