Excellent Experience So I will start with telling you that this was the fastest deal I've done before. The store was closing at 7 and I sent Elizabeth a text around 5:50 So I will start with telling you that this was the fastest deal I've done before. The store was closing at 7 and I sent Elizabeth a text around 5:50 that my family and I will there around 6:30. She didn't bat an eye and responded no worries about the time we will see you soon. As we entered the dealership we were greated and within 10min Liz was there with her BIG smile. We text drove the EX Pilot model ,which we have been to 4 other Honda dealerships, so we knew a.little about the Pilot. We finally narrowed it down to 1 pilot. When we finally norrowed it down to the EX L model. We sat down at the desk to figure out numbers. Now here is what sold my family and I. I told Liz what the situation was and the payment we wanted. Now take in mind we showed up around 6:30 and by this time it was 8 and they're are already closed. Liz came back with Melissa who was also outstanding with us. Melissa said we could meet your payment with no money down. My wife and I were actually shocked about the no money down as we were so much upside down. Melissa made the payments happen and then Taylor (financial guy)made the final touches on the deal. Liz was there until we drove off even showing us some features after we signed.
