If it was a ploy to establish customer rapport, it failed on me. Ended up having front brakes replaced (as reported in April service), and a brake pedal position switch. Tech urged replacing tires, including 2 purchased from dealership 18 mos ago. Have had car (new) for 5 yrs. less than 38,000 miles total on car. Why are any tires necessary to be replaced for “normal” wear at such low mileage? Explained husband at home recovering from surgery, needed car to be checked. Not a happy experience. More

Kicked to the curb I give a 3 star rating because my vehicle was placed in the lot after it was serviced. I asked where and told to exit and go to the right. I went out I give a 3 star rating because my vehicle was placed in the lot after it was serviced. I asked where and told to exit and go to the right. I went out and could not find my car. I finally fiund it parked to the left in that lot. I noticed that my car didn't receive the complementary car wash. I was disappointed and concluded it was because I didn't approve all of the recommended services. I didn't have the funds to do it that day. More
