Everyone I dealt with at Hendrick Honda Bradenton was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Test driving the Passport with Michal was fun and educational, he explained the features of the vehicle. Both Michal and Melissa were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had about the process. I wanted a color they didn't have in stock and Melissa was able to find and obtain one in about 24 hours, seemed really fast. The price was good. During the actual purchase Michal explained more of the features of the vehicle. I didn't feel pressured at all, extremely happy with the service and purchase so far! More
