Two things stand out particularily were, as I wasn't in the market for a new car, but a car with the safety features, as they had just taken a trade-in, he asked if we would be interested in that vehicle, which was the one we bought. In addition, when my husband made the down payment with his credit card, he had inadvertantly left it at the dealership. Greg, our salesman, delivered it to our door after he got off work, even though we would have been back to the dealership the next morning. Great guy!!!! I would buy from him anytime. More

Inexperienced, Unprofessional and a Backstabber I went to test drive a car, but my salesman of choice wasn't there. We were greeted by this lady. Eventually I asked for a test drive. I knew she was I went to test drive a car, but my salesman of choice wasn't there. We were greeted by this lady. Eventually I asked for a test drive. I knew she wasn't inclined to offer it, so I asked very carefully, I didn't wanted to beg for it... Well, she said: "If we go to take a test drive, maybe I lose another client that walks into the dealership"..."I'll have to be there on the deal if you want a test drive, half for me, half for .... Do you agree?" She literally said that. I wanted to test the car so I said yes... Then she took me for the test drive, same route, but not even to 301. She was in a rush I guess. Her husband called her and she had the great idea of answering the phone and talk to him while doing the test drive, and of course in Spanish (my wife doesn't know any Spanish)... So xxxxxx rude this girl... She was about to leave when we went there (told her husband). "I just had to go to this test drive because I might get something from it", (told her husband), xxx seriously. So yes she was going to miss on another client... I took the car myself off the parking lot in the back; she didn't even had my driver license yet, she never saw me before... Seriously this girl is a total liability. Then she wasted my time trying to sell me a car that I don't want because they didn't have the color combination I like. Kept asking me about monthly payment. xxx don't you see I'm not a fool? She didn't even had any idea of the car she was trying to sell... Now I regret to have took the test drive, because I disliked her so much, that not a single penny from my money is going to her. So now I'll have to buy from another dealership. Lesson learned... More
