We thought the timing to do some preliminary conversations was about right as only five months remained on current lease. The service department asked Mike from sales to walk over and visit with us. Mike just did an amazing job of explaining our options, shared how we looked on current lease and provided current options. Mike also took the time to make our child feel important and part of the discussion. End of story Hendrick covered the oil change charges because we drove away in a new lease.
