Questionable. I purchased a used vehicle that cost over 10,000 dollars. Upon delivery there was a 1/4 tank of gas, no owners manual and brakes that were grinding. The car fax did not report that the timing belt had never been changed. And the rear door area seems to have been hit and repaired at one time.
