Tammy Hines put me at ease in her inimitable way. I had a very flat tire and the thought of driving on a "donut" sent me into a bit of a panic. She immediately put me at ease and had a work order drawn wi a very flat tire and the thought of driving on a "donut" sent me into a bit of a panic. She immediately put me at ease and had a work order drawn within minutes. My car was then taken away to the service area. To our surprise, the cause of my flat turned out to be a "spade drill" with the point of the drill showing outside of the tire and the remainder inside the tire. It was not your routine flat caused by a nail so it took a bit longer. Everyone was courteous, as usual, asking if I needed anything and was I taken care of. I have never in all the years we have purchased Hondas from this dealership been disappointed in Tammy Hines' work ethics, her kindness, professional way she handles each event when John and I have our car serviced.
