After checking around I found Hendricks Honda in Easley, and Chris Frazier in service who laid my worries to rest. Chris worked with me to make sure that the mechanic who works on my car is pet and smoke free! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist in whatever capacity he's able. I will not take my car in unless Chris is there! Now regarding the dealership. I would appreciate it if you would screen your used cars, and list them as to whether their owners are smokers or had pets in their vehicles - it's very difficult for folks like me to buy used cars, and new ones are too expensive! Their lovely salesman, Dave Chasteen , took it upon himself to say he’s trustworthy and honest so there was no need to write down an interest rate for me, then blatantly lie to my face about the car having Uconnect and Bluetooth (that was even advertised online and in the written specs). He later denied telling me he said it was available and said he doesn’t write up the specs to post online. When I took it back to have him look at it, he refused to make it right. No moral obligation to give a xxxx about his customers despite the Christian postings all over his desk. What would Jesus do, David? He wouldn’t lie to his customers and then refuse to correct the mistake… More
