She took the time to speak to me and was then gracious enough to elevate our concerns to Mr. Dustin Street, Service Manager. Dustin was just as professional, kind and helpful. He phoned me (a very concerned/worried mother) and went above and beyond to assist. It's not everyday that you deal with individuals that are genuinely willing to help and do the right thing. Jamie Sweet is the man! Had a flat tire and tire had no puncture. He told me that they found where the air was leaving the tire and that it could be patched.
