Chris Frazier was awesome in diagnosing and fixing an odd problem with my Accord. Took 2 days for them to find the issue which turned out to be an actuary door lock that was causing the alarm system to rando problem with my Accord. Took 2 days for them to find the issue which turned out to be an actuary door lock that was causing the alarm system to randomly go off all hours of the night. Not an easy find from what I was told. At any rate, the problem was fixed and I (and my neighborhood) are very, very pleased. Thank you Chris!!! More

He's on top of things, checks for recalls, advises me of service needed beyond my initial request, and treats me courteously. His time and cost estimates are always accurate (we come up from Chapin to have all service performed and wait for the service to be completed). Hendrick Honda Easley is my first choice when buying a new car, and Rodney and the Service organization is an important part of that decision. More
