None of the employees wear masks. They have a sign by service employee's desks saying to ask them to wear a mask if customers want them to, but Rodney treated me uncaringly and silently when I said all service employee's desks saying to ask them to wear a mask if customers want them to, but Rodney treated me uncaringly and silently when I said all employees should be masked. I brought my Ridgeline in for it's 15k check up a little early because I had a problem with one of my tires. Amanda McDaniel was my service advisor & she said let's go take a look at it. She saw the damage early because I had a problem with one of my tires. Amanda McDaniel was my service advisor & she said let's go take a look at it. She saw the damage & said ,"we will have to replace the tire, it can not be fixed. Do you have an extended service plan. I did not remember ,she said let's go look it up. when we did ,she said you do have the extended coverage plan ,we will replace the tire @ no charge. Tire was in stock, so it was taken care of. I really appreciate her looking into that when I wasn't sure if I had it or not. Found it in my paperwork when I got home. I told her I was having trouble finding what was covered on each maintenance visit on the computer sight. She gave me a brochure which states all services provided for each 5k maintenance. In my opinion, she went the extra steps to provide me with an excellence experience @ Hendrick Honda of Easley More
