I am a customer in Hendrick Honda in Charleston and so I thought that my details all will be here in this place. It was not, yet Amanda McDaniel dealt with it in a very best possible way to make me comfortable and welcoming. On her own initiative she also helped me to get the head light fixed which was under warranty. The reason I'm giving the 5+ Star rating is when I called Amanda McDaniel answered. I told her that I had a tire going flat and she worked me in real fast. She diagnosed the problem and they took it back to Amanda McDaniel answered. I told her that I had a tire going flat and she worked me in real fast. She diagnosed the problem and they took it back to fix the situation. She came back to me while I was in the waiting area to tell me that everything was taken care of. Amanda was so pleasant to talk to. Her attitude was so up beat even when it was at the end of her shift.
