I never schedule if Rodney Shirley isn't working.... I have two Hondas and no one but our Easley Honda dealer has ever serviced them. Rodney has been my service advisor for several years. Great job and friendly service I can't remember the name of the young lady who helped me. She was very polite. The only issue I had was when the paperwork was brought to me for t I can't remember the name of the young lady who helped me. She was very polite. The only issue I had was when the paperwork was brought to me for the recommendations she must handed it to me and didn't discuss. Said I was almost ready. That is fine but there were a couple of things in their recommendations a that were marks from previous visit that had been done. One was four tires miunted and one front end aignement. Or tires balanced. Both done I did mention to her before they serviced the car when she got my keys and asked about rotation that we had just had new Tires installed a couple of months before. I fee that the list printed with estimated costs should be kept current. It also took about an hour and a half. That use to be 30 minutes More
