My son and I were headed back home from Annapolis to Birmingham after his graduation from the Naval Academy on Memorial Day. The service oil light came on on his vehicle. We googled the nearest Honda dealership and it lead us to Hendrick Honda Easley. Not only were they opened on the holiday, they were grilling out and feeding customers! We were assisted by Chris Frazier who provided top-notch customer service and got us back on the road by the time the burgers and hotdogs were settled on our stomachs. He warned me before I left about a portion of 95 in SC with a big dip in the road. I forgot all about it until I Dukes of Hazzard-ed right over the dip. I mentioned that my alignment might be off and it was. He got me squeezed in for the fix and I was very grateful. I can’t say enough nice things about Chris. Professional and kind. More
