I recently purchased a new car from here and overall was happy with the service that Tony provided. Things were as simple and hassle-free. Tony understood what I wanted and made it happen without being push happy with the service that Tony provided. Things were as simple and hassle-free. There were 1-2 mini hiccups along the way, at no fault of Tony or Alvaro but these two went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed which I appreciate! Huge red flag and no customer service... not bad - none at all ! This was the easiest sale and they could not even return a phone call 2 chances 2 different people so it's not an incident, it's a reality o at all ! Then insulted me by using lame excuses that they were so busy,,, for 2 days? 2 different people? don't think so STEER CLEAR! Watch the fees that they just add and they don't listen to you they are only worried about their pockets. More

I dropped off my car at Hendrick Honda because of a very flat tire. My dad happened to be up there checking on it when the mechanic came to move the car that has no air in the tire at all. Mechanic would ha flat tire. My dad happened to be up there checking on it when the mechanic came to move the car that has no air in the tire at all. Mechanic would have drove the car and potentially ruined the rim if my dad wasn't there. Mechanic said they didn't have a mobile air tank or pump. This is very shocking for a reputable dealer not to have a way to add enough air to safely move a vehicle with out damaging a rim. More
