M I am very satisfied with service provided by your internet advisor David Emmer, your salesman, Andrew Craig and your finance manager, Miguel Sarria. Mr. Emmer advised that the 2017 CR-V that I was interested in (model and color) was available and gave me a price (subject to my trade in (a 2009 Civic purchased at Pompano Honda). An appointment for a test drive was set. When I showed up for the test drive and asked for Mr. Emmer, I was advised that he was the internet advisor and that I would be working with Andrew Craig. I took the test drive with Mr. Craig who was very professional. He explained the various features and answered all of my questions. Once an agreement was reached, I was referred to Mr. Sarria who was also very professional. When the vehicle was delivered (with a full tank of gas and clean both inside and out) , Mr. Craig further explained the features of the infotainment system and, without being asked, loaded the data from my cell phone into the vehicle. From start to finish, it took about 3 hours. The overall experience was a positive one. More
