Kick to the curb after the sale. Bought a used car from them. Was promised a manual, touch up paint and a brake pedal pad. Four months later, no response. When my wife took it for a t Bought a used car from them. Was promised a manual, touch up paint and a brake pedal pad. Four months later, no response. When my wife took it for a test drive, she asked the salesman about the grinding sound when she applied the brakes. He told her they put all new brakes on it and that was normal. He lied. The rear brake shoes were paper thin. Anybody that knows cars knows that new brakes don't make a grinding sound. Many phone calls to them went unanswered with no return calls. She paid cash for the car, so we have no recourse. More

Jose stayed late to service our sale and stuck through it untill we were satisfied and out the door. You will not find a more pleasant and thorough rep. Henderson should be very proud to have Jose. The final paper work that was handled by their administration was done very expeditely. We hope to purchase another Honda in a couple of years and will talk with Jose first. The only problem with buying another Honda... they seemingly last forever and my curent 10 year old Accord v6 rides and handles as if it were new. More
