Waste of time. I bought my last 2014 Honda from Hendricks and had a great experience. This time it wasn't as good. I used the American Express Auto Program, had been I bought my last 2014 Honda from Hendricks and had a great experience. This time it wasn't as good. I used the American Express Auto Program, had been talking to Dave Reeve for about a month, and had agreed on a price. Since they didn't have the car and were receiving 2 of them I asked him to let me know when he had the car. Yesterday the cars came in. I was ready to purchase the car but when I received the OTD price I noticed that their Dealer Fee was $100 more ($799) than other dealers in the area. To make a long story short, Dave would not come down the $100 and said they would "pass" on the sale. Later last night a new car manager spoke to my husband and now the total OTD price had jumped $500!!!! This morning again Dave called me again quoting the "new" price. I asked him why the car was now $500 more and his answer was because my husband had said that we would buy it from Auto Nation. Seriously, what a bunch of idiots .... we were $100 apart before everything went down the drain. It's their loss ... if they would have looked at my previous purchase from them they would have noticed that I bought the service contract and their extended warranty. Will buy the car from someone else at the AMEX negotiated price and not be ripped off. Would give them zero stars if I could. More
