I went in looking for a Certified Pre-owned car, found what I wanted. negotiated the price, and finally, after 2 visits and almost 4 hours got into the Finance Office to finalize and pay CASH. At this time I was told I had no warranty. What? I specifically asked for a "Certified PreOwned car," I said. The salesperson, who is the victim of a sleazy management team, was forced by his manager, Cesar, to slyly remove the warranty, which took care of the amount we negotiated down to the price I agreed on. Shame on you all! You could have had a happy customer and a great deal, but instead chose to take the low road. No integrity. So sad. Everyone I know will know. And by the way, calling me the"mean and scary lady" even in jest, doesn't cut it. Nor does calling me "Dear" in your typical condescending way towards women buyers. Makes car buying even worse than you think it's going to be! I'll make sure not one friend I know buys anything from them. More

Surprising level of excellance I was forced to purchase a vehicle on short notice as a result of my prior vehicle being stolen. Disappointing experience for a terrific product. We purchased a Honda Fit one evening in March, David was our sales person and Miguel was the finance person. Neither were honest about the price, even after several trips to the "glass office". We went through Costco where we were supposed to get a copy of the vehicle's invoice but did not. The price was incorrect when we got to the finance part and they both blamed each other for the mistakes, which we found very unprofessional. It was after closing and the pressure Miguel put on us to get additional insurance was very strong, doing all of the paperwork in advance before we had agreed to anything. We just wanted to get out of there. We ended up getting some insurance but called to cancel it a couple days later and were told it wasn't in the system yet, that he will mail us the forms to sign as soon as it is recorded. It has been two months and we have not received anything. Miguel does not return my calls. Looks like he is waiting to get his bonus from the sale before he cancels it. The survey they sent us was in Spanish so we couldn't fill it out, I asked for one in English but have yet to receive it, which is surprising because we were told by both David and Miguel that they do not received anything from the sale unless they receive 10s on the survey. I love my Honda, it is the second one I've owned. It is a shame that the purchasing experience was so horrible that I will not recommend Hendricks to anyone. Once Miguel got the sale, we were dismissed. I sent a complaint through the internet and received a call immediately from Dave Reeve, but he just referred me back to Miguel. There was no follow up. More
