Surprising level of excellance I was forced to purchase a vehicle on short notice as a result of my prior vehicle being stolen. I went to Hendrick Honda in Pomano and was greeted by I was forced to purchase a vehicle on short notice as a result of my prior vehicle being stolen. I went to Hendrick Honda in Pomano and was greeted by James Jordan (sales associate). James was a professional thru out the entire process and followed they on every promise that he made. James made my experience a pleasure rather than an adventure. There was no BS, just honest answers to questions. I highly recommend James and the Hendrick dealership. Disappointing experience for a terrific product. We purchased a Honda Fit one evening in March, David was our sales person and Miguel was the finance person. Neither were honest about the price, eve We purchased a Honda Fit one evening in March, David was our sales person and Miguel was the finance person. Neither were honest about the price, even after several trips to the "glass office". We went through Costco where we were supposed to get a copy of the vehicle's invoice but did not. The price was incorrect when we got to the finance part and they both blamed each other for the mistakes, which we found very unprofessional. It was after closing and the pressure Miguel put on us to get additional insurance was very strong, doing all of the paperwork in advance before we had agreed to anything. We just wanted to get out of there. We ended up getting some insurance but called to cancel it a couple days later and were told it wasn't in the system yet, that he will mail us the forms to sign as soon as it is recorded. It has been two months and we have not received anything. Miguel does not return my calls. Looks like he is waiting to get his bonus from the sale before he cancels it. The survey they sent us was in Spanish so we couldn't fill it out, I asked for one in English but have yet to receive it, which is surprising because we were told by both David and Miguel that they do not received anything from the sale unless they receive 10s on the survey. I love my Honda, it is the second one I've owned. It is a shame that the purchasing experience was so horrible that I will not recommend Hendricks to anyone. Once Miguel got the sale, we were dismissed. I sent a complaint through the internet and received a call immediately from Dave Reeve, but he just referred me back to Miguel. There was no follow up. David Emmer and Hendrick Honda the BEST! I just recently got my 4th consecutive Honda Accord at Hendrick Honda in Pompano. The first 3 were leases and this was my first purchase in awhile. I I just recently got my 4th consecutive Honda Accord at Hendrick Honda in Pompano. The first 3 were leases and this was my first purchase in awhile. I made the deal during one of their special days when executives from the main office come in with extra savings authority. I got what I felt was a great deal and then my salesman, David Emmer, when it looked like I couldn't get any better, intervened and pointed out that the invoice indicated a charge for tinting which wasn't on the vehicle. This action, which he didn't have to do, helped me get an even better deal.
